With 87 units protected by private gate access, The Breakers is located on the south jetty that forms Main Harbor and offers residences on both the east and west sides of the jetty.

The condos on the east side face the “big water” and provide incredible far-reaching views of the Ross Barnett Reservoir. Every homeowner on this side with a boat is entitled to a slip on one of three Breakers piers in the harbor.
